Anyone know why the text blocks would have stopped rising from bottom of the photos?

When I first set up the script it worked beautifully.  This morning I noticed that the text no longer rises from the bottom of the photos.  Online there's no sign of the text at all; when I work on trying to fix the problem in my office, with each new photo the text block flashes quickly at full size but then shrinks down and I can just barely see the top of it; it's as though it's stuck.  But I've made no changes to the .css file or to the html.  Has anyone run into this?
