how can i get the sequence number when we sort a column

Suppose i have 100 record, Sequence no is at first time 1....100. n only showing 30 records

menas 1,2,3.......30

Now i applied sorting.....sequence no showing like 23,45...25...

which is wrong....i always wants 1,2........30
